On December 4–5, 2025, the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), now entirely composed of members handpicked by HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., devoted significant time to questioning the safety of aluminum adjuvants in childhood vaccines.

This brief synthesizes the current evidence to support healthcare providers and science communicators in addressing public questions about aluminum adjuvant safety. It is a collaboration between The Evidence Collective (TEC) and the Expert Vaccine Analysis Team (EVAT).
